American Destiny Real Estate (ADR) was started in 2007 by Darren Cottrill (our current CEO) in order to establish a nationwide database of REO agents who, when one of our clients needed an asset sold, could do this for us. Our network has grown to nearly 4,000 agents.

Over the years our goal was to create franchise locations across the country so that all of the agents who we were making referrals to, were part of our brokerage.  However, with the advent of online real estate, the old brick and mortar model of real estate is quickly going away.

Thus we made the pivot to a "One Brokerage" model, where we could build our network of agents under one brokerage in order to maintain conformity of our agent network.

A partner with American Destiny Real Estate has joined our brokerage as an agent or associate broker.

As a Preferred Partner in the ADR network you will have the highest position in our network to receive assets in your coverage area. This is a preferred status only reserved for agents or associate brokers who have partnered with us in the same brokerage model.

in 2020, American Destiny Real Estate looked at every major real estate company across the United States and evaluated everyone of them in order to choose the right brokerage for our network.
