Apply for Conditional Status

Once certified, you can apply for conditional status with American Destiny Real Estates Preferred Partner Network.

You will be under a probationary status and will work with our asset managers and an agent mentor to complete REO cycle of action for us.

Probationary Period

Once you have completed your probationary period, normally 6-12 months, you can apply for Preferred Partner Status.
